Employee Parking Lot

Saint Mary’s Hospital – Waterbury, CT

The vacant hotel and property was purchased by the hospital to create a new employee parking lot and update the helipad. Elite installed a new service that was dedicated for the new parking lot from the street. Included in our project scope was all new perimeter and parking lot lighting, security access and future preparations for EV charging stations. Elite also updated the helipad lighting.
